    MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — October 15, 2026 — Wangard Partners, a Milwaukee-based real estate development, investment, and property management firm, announced today the closing of the sale of Tivoli Green Apartments to an affiliate of Santefort Real Estate Group LLC, Westmont, IL with Berkadia affiliates serving as the broker and lender. The transaction represents the largest multi-family sale in Wangard’s history. Wangard has been retained to provide third-party property management services for the community.
    Situated on approximately 38 acres in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, Tivoli Green includes 458 direct-access units. Wangard developed the community in three phases from 2021 through 2024 and manages the property. The sale follows the completion of all three phases and brings the full 458-unit community under new ownership.

    The sale of Tivoli Green is an exciting milestone for Wangard and a testament to what has been accomplished at this special property. When we developed Tivoli Green, it was the first apartment community built in Racine County in over 20 years, andwe are proud to have helped bring much-needed, high-quality housing to the area.
