For applications submitted through August 31, 2026, Solhaven will offer reduced security deposit options, and flexible security deposit payment arrangements to an otherwise qualified applicant whose primary residence became uninhabitable, was materially damaged, or became temporarily unavailable because of the July 27 tornado or related storms. Eligibility will be determined under uniform written criteria and may be established through reasonable documentation or a signed applicant certification. Several impacted families are already working with Wangard to have Solhaven become a place to call home in their time of need.
