Riedel previously served as Acquisitions and Development Manager and will continue to play a key role in advancing the firm's multifamily growth strategy.
Riedel's promotion recognizes his significant contributions to Wangard's development platform, particularly his data-driven approach to underwriting and his success in expanding the firm's multifamily land pipeline in support of the Solhaven brand (solhavenliving.com). In his new role, Riedel will lead Wangard's efforts in sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting new multifamily development opportunities across the Midwest.
